Instructions for Use:
- For Hot Use: Place on a clean ceramic or glass plate and microwave for 20 seconds. Test temperature by hand before using. If not warm enough, microwave in 10 second increments.
- For Cold Use: Seal in Plastic bag and place in freezer for 2 or more hours. Can be stored in freezer.
